YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy Notice

Last updated: 5 October 2026

This notice explains how K3S Studio handles information when you join the Tazmu waitlist. Tazmu is not yet released. The waitlist is used to confirm your signup and send one email when the product launches; it is not a general marketing list.

This notice covers the waitlist. Before the product launches, we will publish product-specific privacy information.

Who manages the waitlist

K3S Studio manages the Tazmu waitlist. For a privacy question or to exercise a data protection right, use the K3S Studio contact page.

What we collect and why

  • Your email address, to create one waitlist entry, send a signup confirmation, and send a launch notification.
  • The time you joined and the version of the notice and consent shown to you, so we can record and honour your choice.
  • A protected removal token and email delivery state, so you can leave the list and we can avoid duplicate messages.

We use request information temporarily to limit automated signups. We do not save your IP address in the waitlist record. Operational systems may process connection information to protect and run the site.

Legal basis and your choice

We rely on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR to keep your email on the waitlist and send the two messages described above. You can withdraw consent at any time using the removal link in either email or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew.

We do not use your address for unrelated advertising, sell it, or make decisions about you using automated profiling.

How information is stored and used

Waitlist records are stored in our database. We use your information to manage your waitlist entry and send the confirmation and launch emails.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist entry until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent, or request erasure. If Tazmu launches, the launch email is queued only for addresses that have not left the list. We delete your entry when you leave.

Your rights

Subject to data protection law, you can ask to access, correct, erase, or restrict your information; receive portable data where applicable; and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the data protection supervisory authority in your country or place of work. Use the contact page above for requests that cannot be handled using the email removal link. The European Commission explains how organisations handle individual rights requests.

Cookies and security

We do not store cookies. Page assets are served by the Tazmu site. We use HTTPS, limit what is collected, and restrict database access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We will update this page if the waitlist processing changes. The date above shows the latest revision. If a change requires new consent, we will ask before applying it to your existing entry.
