WAITLIST TERMS

These terms apply to the Tazmu website and waitlist, managed by K3S Studio. Tazmu is in development and has not yet been released. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, subscription, purchase, or right to use an unreleased application.

Joining the waitlist

Provide an email address you control and agree to receive a signup confirmation and a launch email. You can leave at any time using the removal link in a waitlist email. Waitlist information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.

Availability and changes

The site and waitlist are provided while available and may change or close. We may correct content, update these terms, pause signups, or close the waitlist. If Tazmu launches, the applications, downloads, and any paid service will have separate product terms and privacy information before you sign up or pay.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, or attempt to access systems or information without permission.

Intellectual property

The Tazmu name, site design, and original site content are owned by K3S Studio or its licensors. You may use the website for personal, lawful purposes. These terms do not grant a licence to copy or redistribute the site or brand.

Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such a limit is prohibited by law, or removes rights you have under mandatory consumer or data protection law. To the extent allowed by law, K3S Studio is not responsible for indirect loss arising from temporary site unavailability or from relying on pre-release descriptions that may change.
